Project Partners Met in Online Meeting

The partners of the “My First Book” eTwinning project came together in an online meeting to develop students’ book writing skills. The meeting discussed web 2.0 tools to be used in the project process, activity plans and methods to support students’ creativity. Teachers collaborated to design different activities to develop children’s imagination and encourage them to produce digital content. In addition, a common work calendar was created considering each country’s education system and students’ needs.

During the meeting, various activities were planned to develop children’s writing skills, such as story completion, creating picture books and recording audio books. The partners exchanged ideas on methods that would allow students to demonstrate their creativity through both individual and group work. In addition, international events and online interactions to be organized during the project were aimed at students gaining cultural awareness. Teachers agreed to come together at regular intervals to evaluate the process and improve the quality of the project outputs.
